French 75

Bellini

Pureed white peach, prosecco as first served at Harry’s Bar, Venice in the 1940’s. A cocktail named after the Venetian painting master Giovanni Bellini.30 pln

Old Fashioned

Beefeater gin, Ostoya vodka and dry vermouth shaken and served with a slice of lemon peel. From the legendary fictional Casino Royale from the mind of Ian Fleming.32 pln

Mai Tai

Combines Havana Club rums, almond syrup, lime, orange curaçao and rock candy. Created by Victor Bergeron at his restaurant Trader Vic’s in Oakland, California in the 1940.36 pln

Negroni

Beefeater gin, Campari and sweet vermouth combined the way Count Camillo Negroni requested it from Casoni’s Florence, Italy.30 pln

Bloody and Sand

Chivas Regal 12yo whisky, cherry Heering, sweet vermouth, fresh orange juice. Created for the premiere of the 1922 Rudolph Valentino's movie "Blood and Sand". The blood is represented by the red cherry liqueur while the orange represents the sand.30 pln

Gin Basil Smash

Beefeater gin, basil, sugar, lemon. Made by Joerg Meyer in 2008 in Le Lion Bar in Hamurg. It was originally named as Gin Pesto but it quickly became better known as the Gin Basil Smash.30 pln

Beefeater gin, lemon, sugar and Crème de Mûre drizzled over cracked ice the way the legendary Dick Bradsell intended.30 pln

Cosmopolitan

Lemon vodka, Cointreau, lime. cranberry. Cocktail became famous thanks to Dale DeGroff at the Rainbow Room, NYC.30 pln

Russian Spring Punch

Ostoya Vodka, fresh lemon, pureed raspberries, Chambord, champagne. The brain-child of the late, great, Dick Bradsell.39 pln

Jerry Roll Morton

Cognac, bourbon infused with currant, port wine, egg, heavy cream, angostura bitters. Named after New Orleans' famous jazzman. Created in Death & Co in New York, one of the best cocktail bars in the USA.36 pln

Oye Mi Canto

Tamarin infused with Blanco tequila, Martini Rosato, Mezcal, Bob’s mandarin bitters, flowers. Composition arranged by Alexa Kratena, one of the best mixologists still working in the industry. Created in Artisan Bar, one of the best cocktail bars in the world.35 pln

Royal Hibiscus Gin Fizz

Gin infused with hibiscus, lemon, lime, sugar. egg white, soda. Composition arranged by German bartender Klaus Rainer, an author of many books about mixology and cocktails. He was also the Head Bartender of Munich Golden Bar, one of the best bars in Europe.35 pln

Amaretto Sour

Amaretto, bourbon, lemon, sugar, egg white. Made by Jeffrey Morgenthaler the well known cocktail mixologist in Portland, Oregon. Classic cocktail with his touch, turned into one of the best future classics.34 pln

Beefeater gin flavored with rosemary, carrot, ginger syrup, lemon juice, champagne. Winning cocktail for Wrocław Festival of Bubbles 2016 made by our Head Bartender. Nice, refreshing composition which can be treated as great aperitif of digestif.45 pln

Ovo Spritz

Olmeca tequila, Aperol, pink grapefruit, agave nectar, soda & prosecco. Cocktail which is a twist on classic Aperol Spritz, with some Mexican kick by tequila connected with agave syrup. Grapefruit juice and sparkling wine will give us a great balance between sweet and sour taste.35 pln
