Our Story

Away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town and the Market Square, a new story is being written at OVO Bar & Restaurant.

We tell stories every single day in many things we do. Our menu consists of both classic and unique, non-obvious combinations of flavors.

Feel the difference and let us tell you a story where there is much more than just food. OVO Bar & Restaurant is open from early-morning for breakfast to late-night for drinks. Regular events filled with music, delicious food and amazing cocktails will allow guests to feel great at any time. Our open kitchen puts you in the heart of the action, with chefs preparing and plating with flair and passion, using only the freshest, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Delight in a menu that features not just stunning modern Polish cuisine, but Mediterranean-influenced dishes designed to be savoured either individually or shared with friends.

Bar

Our mixologists bring a world of experience, travel and flavours, with not only an extensive selection of crafted cocktails, but also the stories behind each one. Our bartenders will choose and mix flavors perfectly suited to your tastes. Each of our cocktails has its own history and inspiration – do not hesitate to ask for it.

Moreover except for our signature cocktails we guarantee:

Our Team

PIOTR APANEL

Executive Chef

He is an experienced professional with proficient background. He started in the Michelin stars’ restaurants Claridge’s and Savoy. He later worked in the most renowned restaurants and hotels, including the, St. James’s Hotel and Club, Hilton Cobham Hotel, Le Champignon Sauvage (two Michelin stars), as well as Maze (one Michelin star) and Gordon Ramsay and David Matthias’ Rosette. He is known in Wroclaw due to the Mosaiqe Restaurant & Wine Lounge’s experience.

There are about 20 people under his leadership at OVO Bar & Restaurant.
